Who we are

Water Damage Restoration Specialists of San Antonio is a full-service restoration contractor covering San Antonio and Bexar County. We handle water damage restoration, mold remediation and fire and smoke damage restoration — from the emergency call through mitigation and drying to full reconstruction.

We operate five branches: downtown on Soledad Street, and branches serving the north, south, east and west sides. That structure exists for one reason. San Antonio is a large, geographically varied city, and response time is the single biggest determinant of how much of a property survives a water loss. A crew forty minutes away is not a 24/7 service in any meaningful sense.

This business operates under new ownership and a new name. We are transparent about that because you deserve to know who you are dealing with. The previous operation did not meet the standard its customers were entitled to, and rather than trade on a reputation we had not earned — good or bad — we started again: new name, new management, new standards, and public accountability from day one.

That means we are a new business with a short review history, and we would rather say so plainly than manufacture social proof. What we offer instead is a standing invitation: ask our technicians what qualifications they hold before they start, ask to see documentation, and hold us to a written scope and daily moisture readings you keep. How we work

• We give a written scope and price before starting. No open-ended work, no surprises on the invoice.
• We dry to a documented number. You get the daily readings and the final set. If a contractor cannot produce readings, they do not know whether your property is dry.
• We expect to be asked about credentials — and we would rather you asked us and every other company you speak to than took anybody's marketing at face value.
• We tell you when the problem is smaller than you feared — or when what you actually need is a plumber, a roofer or a structural engineer rather than us.
• We handle mitigation and reconstruction, so nothing gets lost in a handover between two contractors.
