Reviews & Customer Feedback

We are a new business under new ownership, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by publishing testimonials we have not earned.

Where we stand

This company operates under new ownership and a new name. Our review history starts from that point, and it is short. Plenty of contractors in this industry solve that problem by buying reviews or writing them. We are not going to, because a restoration company that will fabricate its reputation will also fabricate a moisture reading.

So instead of testimonials, here is what we would suggest you actually do before hiring us — or anybody else.

What you can check for yourself

  • Ask the technician at your door — who they work for, what qualifications they hold for this job, and to see documentation. Ask us. Ask everyone else who quotes you. Whether you ask is your call entirely, and it is a reasonable one to make.
  • A written scope before work starts — ask for it, and compare it against other quotes on the criteria in our cost guide.
  • Daily moisture documentation — ask whether you receive the readings. We provide them. Many contractors do not, which tells you something.
  • How we behave when you push back — ask an awkward question and see what happens. That is more informative than any testimonial.

If we have worked for you

We would genuinely appreciate an honest review — including a critical one. A new business learns faster from the jobs that did not go perfectly than from the ones that did. Ask your crew supervisor for our Google Business Profile link, or email dispatch@waterdamagesanantoniotx.com.

A note on review-checking generally. When you are comparing restoration contractors, be skeptical of a brand-new company with hundreds of five-star reviews, and of review sets where the language is uniform or the dates cluster. Look instead for detailed reviews describing a specific job, and for how a company responds to its negative ones.

Ask to see credentials — from us or anyone else

Before any technician starts work on your property, you are entitled to ask them who they are and what qualifications they hold, and to ask to see documentation. That applies to us and to every other contractor who knocks on your door. Ask at your own discretion, take your time, and do not feel awkward about it — a crew that is happy to be asked is the kind you want in your house. If anyone refuses or rushes you past the question, treat that as your answer.
