Accessibility Statement
Last updated 2026-07-25
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers,
keyboard navigation or magnification. In an emergency, a website that is hard to use is a real
barrier, and we take that seriously.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a single logical heading structure on every page
- A skip link to main content and visible keyboard focus indicators throughout
- Color contrast tested against WCAG 2.1 AA for text and interactive elements
- Descriptive alternative text on images and accessible names on embedded maps
- Responsive layout that reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling
- Reduced-motion preferences respected
- No content that relies on color alone to convey meaning
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-off task. If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us
— email dispatch@waterdamagesanantoniotx.com or call (844) 476-1017 — and we
will fix it and, if you need information urgently, provide it to you directly in whatever format
works.
